Welcome to PHOTOCREW PICTURES ! By accessing our website or booking our photography/videography services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made before final delivery of photos/videos.
• Dates are not secured until the advance payment is received.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved payment gateways.

2.Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for partial refund (excluding advance).
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation by PHOTOCREW PICTURES (due to emergencies), a full refund will be issued or a reschedule arranged.

3.Deliverables & Timelines

• Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 6 weeks of the event.
• Deliverables include: [number] edited photos, [duration] highlight film, teaser, full-length video, etc. (as per package).
• Raw files are not included unless specifically requested in advance.

4.Creative Rights

• We maintain creative control over the style, tone, and editing of the final product.
• Clients may suggest preferences, but edits are made at our discretion to ensure consistency with our brand style.

5.Image/Video Usage

• We may use selected images/videos for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients can opt out of promotional usage with a formal request before the shoot.

6.Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure cooperation from guests and venue management for smooth shooting.
• Permissions for drone usage, venue access, or special location shoots are the client’s responsibility unless pre-arranged.

7.Limitations of Liability

• While we take great care in handling all equipment and files you are not liable for:
• Loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances like technical failure, theft, or natural disasters.
• Delays caused by weather, strikes, or third-party actions beyond our control.

8.Copyright

• All photographs and videos remain the copyright of PHOTOCREW PICTURES
• Clients receive personal usage rights; commercial use requires separate licensing.

9.Privacy

• All client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and not shared with third parties without consent.
